  • Fresh items depend on seasonal and import availability

Prices shown include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected unless there is a clear pricing error.

If an item is unavailable, we may:

  • Offer an alternative

  • Refund the item

  • Contact you for instructions if it affects a large part of your order

6. Delivery

Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.

  • Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/bank holidays are processed the next working day

  • Fresh produce is dispatched only when available and suitable for shipping

6.2 Receiving Your Order

Couriers may provide delivery windows or tracking updates.
If you request delivery without a signature (e.g., “leave in porch”), responsibility for the parcel transfers to you once delivered.

If you miss a delivery, it is your responsibility to rearrange redelivery with the courier.

6.3 Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not arrived, notify us within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.

7. International Orders

We currently ship only within the UK unless otherwise stated.
If you arrange your own international forwarding, you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws.
